Description:

Increases the Maximum Towns a Region can support by 2.

This mod can be stacked with the other two Increase Region TownCap mods:
Increase Region TownCap +1
Increase Region TownCap +3

This allows the Maximum Towns a Region can support to be increased from between 1 to 6.
