Free and Easy Bonus Good Spawning Powers

Adds a suite of domain powers with 0 costs. In the Arts Domain there is an ‘Enable Goods Spawning Powers’ ability. Using that will unlock the other abilities, until you use the ‘Disable Goods Spawning Powers’ ability. The powers are split between the domains both to avoid cluttering up one domain and to make it a little easier to find the good you want. For example, the grassland goods are in the government domain, while the scrubland and desert goods are in the diplomacy domain.
Note that this does not make any of the hidden goods visible. Use another mod to reveal them, or wait until you get the right age or national spirit.
