Kentucky, 1993, had a strong tobacco culture, with cigarettes, chewing tobacco, and rolling supplies being common in many households.
Kentucky also had a strong firearm culture, with stockpiles of daily used ammo for various non-nefarious purposes.
This mod enhances realism by adjusting loot tables to reflect that reality, adding a chance for cigarettes, tobacco, lighters, rolling supplies, guns and ammo to spawn in bedrooms and living rooms, just as they would in real-life Kentucky homes of the era.
