Government House (provides Local proximity source)
Alpha version. For functional testing only.
Added a new government building that provides Local proximity source. Available in integrated town / city.
Local Proximity Source = [Max Distance – Distance from Capital * (1 + Proximity Cost modifier)] * Decay Factor * Local Market Access
Where <Max Distance>, <Decay Factor>, <Max Local Proximity Source Provided>, <Min Local Proximity Source Provided>vary with the building level.
The building maintenance does cost some ducats so you might find it worth only in limited situation.
