Enemy Health Scaler
As the title says, adjust the multiplier in the in-game menu.

Note: Each time you change the multiplier during gameplay, the enemy ducks’ HP will be corrected back to their maximum value. Try to avoid making adjustments after you’ve already dealt some damage, or their HP will be restored once.
