Centralization Fix
Lightweight mod that makes going centralized playable again
List of changes:
-Centralization no longer reduces subject loyalty
-Having any subject no longer pushes towards decentralization
-Centralization now reduces estate satisfaction and satisfaction recovery
Compatibility:
The mod should be compatible with anything that doesn’t change the centralization societal value, it *should* work with mods that change decentralization values, no guarantees though
Known Issues:
-"Vassal Subjects" will show up twice in the tooltip for pushing centralization/decentralization, this is because, for compatibility sake, I added a opposite modifier that pushes centralization for subjects so it cancels out
