AI Wanderer Perk FIx
Added the two missing lines of code and now AI following the Wanderer lifestyle now selects perks properly. Since the AI spends only one perk point per year, it may take several in-game years for the effect to appear when applied to an existing save.

누락된 코드 두 줄을 추가하였고, 방랑자 인생관을 선택한 AI가 이제 퍼크를 정상적으로 찍습니다. AI 는 1년에 한개의 퍼크 포인트만 소비하기 때문에 세이브 게임에서 적용 시 효과가 나타나려면 몇 년 지나야 하니 참고 바랍니다.
