没有任何等级限制. 注意, 对AI也有效.
是否需要DLC支持, 我不是很确定.

With this MOD, now you can recruit those new units of the DLC–Eight Princes in the 3K campaign.
All the units are unlocked for all Han factions, no requirements, effected to both player and AI.

I don’t know for sure Whether the DLC-Eight Princes is required.
