Description:

A collection of 12 handcrafted game starts that add challenge, variety, and unique scenarios to Kenshi. From desperate survival openings to large squad management, each start offers its own twist, dangers, and playstyle. No two beginnings feel the same.

-Mutual Survival-
Two survivors, one missing arms, the other missing legs. Between them they’ve got about one functional person if you squint. Whether that’s enough to make it out of the dust is your problem now.

-Shipwrecked-
Stranded on a small island near the Leviathan Coast, you and a handful of capable allies can only watch the leviathans roaming the mainland. The sight alone is enough to keep you marooned. No boat, few supplies, and danger in every direction.

-The Unimpressive Hundred-
Your force is large but fragile. A crowd of untrained wanderers marches behind you, poorly prepared and barely organized. Supplies won’t last long, and order will be even harder to maintain. If you can shape this mass into something disciplined before hardship crashes over them, you may yet forge a power worth fearing.

-Birth of an Empire-
A new empire begins in the dirt. A small band of settlers gathers under your command, supported by a handful of tireless skeleton laborers hauling enough materials to raise your first crude outpost. A modest fighting force stands ready to defend what you build, if you can keep them fed. Supplies and tempers are thin, every meal is a test of leadership. Shape these beginnings into an empire, or watch it starve before it ever draws its first breath.

-Broken Dice-
You awaken in a random place with random gear, random limbs, and stats that range from pathetic to godlike. You might collapse under your own weight or cleave through armies by accident. Every run is a different fate.

-Impossible Contract-
You were smuggled into the holy throne room under cover of night with a single purpose, end Holy Lord Phoenix. Your handler is dead, your escape route compromised, and every paladin in the city is a breath away. Failure means torture. Success means martyrdom. Draw your blade and accept your fate.

*Be prepared for instant danger*

-Left for Dead-
You come to in the dirt with a missing arm, battered and barely conscious, abandoned just beyond a cannibal camp. Their fires crackle nearby, and their scouts roam the plains for stragglers. You have no gear, no allies, and no mercy waiting for you. Only the thin hope of slipping away before they notice you’re still breathing.

-Pacifist-
You begin as a wanderer utterly unsuited for violence, burdened with combat skills so poor they may as well be negative. Fighting is not your path, nor would it end well if it were. To survive, you’ll need to rely on stealth, diplomacy, trade, or simple luck. In a land built on bloodshed, peace may be the rarest skill of all.

-Stone Camp Slave-
You are just another slave in a UC stone pit. Dust, chains, and endless labor. Guards watch every move. Freedom won’t come from waiting.

HINT: Get into a cage straight away to avoid a beating

-The Dustborn Legion-
A legion only by headcount. These dust-worn drifters and half-trained fighters carry light gear, lighter discipline, and a hunger that will outpace your supplies soon enough. They follow you for now, waiting for direction, waiting for purpose. If you want this legion to become anything more than bodies in the sand, you’ll need to act fast.

-The Metal Outcasts-
You start as a pair of skeletons trapped in Holy Nation lands with no allies, no repairs, and no good direction to run. Paladins hunt you openly, and the nearest Hivers would gladly finish the job. Every wound is permanent until you make it out. If you can…

-Universal Enemy-
You are an exile shunned by all nations, a wanderer with no allies and no place to rest. Every settlement is a trap, every patrol a death sentence, and every faction carries a reason to see you broken. The only thing keeping you alive is skill and quiet steps, use them wisely.
