Monks Construction
This mod Add 2 new building. A nursery with 15 spaces instead of the vanilla 8. And a new apartment complex that has the combine benefits of the smart home with a total space of 34 residents. I have added 2 upgrades to the apartments that would increase amount of residents and comfort levels.
Reasearch needed for upgrades, Home collective for comfort and Arcology for increasing living spaces.
Update: 5/12/18
-fixed bug that caused the upgrade not to show once tech was researched.
-made a separate upgrade for comfort.
Future updates
I’m messing around with blender and other programs to make my own building but it has been a challenge taking longer than expected.
