Description:

1. Adds two new options to the character right-click menu for easy appointment management:

– Switch between civilian path and military path
– Switch between accepting appointments and refusing appointments

2. Simplifies restrictions based on existing decisions and interactions.

### Usage

Right-click on character

### Remaining Restrictions

– "Under Heaven" DLC required
Target character requirements:
– Not the highest liege
– Merit-based government systems (Celestial Empire, Meritocracy)

### Compatibility

Since no files are overwritten, only additions, there should be no compatibility issues.
