[1.12] Electric Pump (add PMs)
-鉱山の方式に電動ポンプを追加します。
–第4世代技術の「電気コンデンサー」により解放されます。ディーゼルポンプの電気版です。
–鉱山の汚染は排水が主要因なので、電気方式であったとしても汚染の削減はありません。
-本MODへの方式グループへの追加はINJECTでやっています。
–他MODとの互換性が極めて高いという意味です。
