Base Sight Range nerfed to 1 for Civilian class units
Base sight decreased down to 1 for all civilan_class units (settlers, traders, builders, missionaries, gurus, great people etc and also for GS civilians – rock band and archaeologist ) for more intimate experience in exploration. Also changed Soothsayer sight to 1 in Apocalypse Mode (GranColombia_MayaDLC)
