- Added a new journal entry for Portugal about reconquering Brazil
- Renamed Portugal to United Kingdom of Portugal and Brazil if you annex Brazil
- Added a new journal entry, flag, and dynamic name for Brazil based on them reestablishing the personal union with Portugal with themselves as the leader
- The Algerian Journal Entry for France has been reworked
- The French Monarchist journal entry gets a buff to counter the increased radicals modifier if you reenact monarchy after failing or if you start cementing the dynasty
- The New Machine JE for Technocracy has been reworked
- You can now start the Great Game JE as Russia and Great Britain through a decision
- Austria now can form a new united dual monarchy and triple monarchy using the Matter of Hungary JE
- Austria’s Neo-Absolutism and Matter of Hungary journal entries have been completely reworked.
- The Trialist Manifesto now only needs nationalism and gives better rewards when you complete it
- Age of Metternich journal entry can now be completed through ‘Retire the Grand Chancellor’
- Federal Solution journal entry is now way easier to complete and can accept all cultures
- Added a custom journal entry for British industrialization
- Britain and Spain no longer start with charity hospitals
- Added real life oil fields to France
- Added more resources to Portugal
- USA now only needs less than 20% radicals in the South for the readmitting southern states journal entry
- USA no longer starts with William Cramp & Sons
