Description:

A quick side-project proposing a series of highrises I discovered by chance in Novokuznetsk, Siberia. They were built around 2015 and overall maintain a style that ressembles Soviet-era panelkas. There are 2 variants: one with regular balconies and one with loggias. They are 16-story tall and house 350 adults at 90pc quality.
A few skin variants will be available.
