Battle Standard Bearer: Vampire Counts

This mod adds 26 animated banner variants for the Vampire Counts.

It should be compatible with everything.

Minor clipping

The idea is to add the whole command group with an officer and a musician, if possible.

I especially used ZC EMPIRE COMMAND GROUP as a staring point for my mods and
TOTAL WAR: WARHAMMER III Animated Props Modding Tutorial to learn about animated props.
