Return to Verruckt
This is a small remaster of Verruckt trying to emulate the feeling of classic zombies like WaW and Bo1. The courtyard and some outside parts are now playable.
This map is still a Work in Progress and has some bugs I need to fix, but I’d like feedback as I still work on it.
I fixed the lag issue, I ran the game smooth at 60 fps on my Steam Deck with only small frame drops of about 3 frames when in the courtyard every once in a while.
– Features –
1. WaW Weapons and my own custom Bouncing Betties and the flamethrower
2. Bo1 Weapons including the Winter’s Howl
3. Dive to Prone ( This replaces sliding and to dive you hold the stance change button while sprinting. )
4. WaW Verruckt Sprinters return ( There is a 15% chance one spawns after round 8. All zombies are guaranteed to be a normal sprinter starting round 7, so if you use a mod to start at high rounds there will be no walkers.)
5. Pack-a-Punch ( After power turns on, every other round the machine will rise from the fountain in the back of the map. You will here bells ringing on rounds where pack returns. )
6. Perk Limit is 5
7. Max ammo’s auto reload.
8. Upgraded Juggernog, Mule Kick, and Deadshot
9. Each character has a unique weapon.
– Perks –
1. Quick Revive
2. Juggernog 2.0 – Faster health regen and allow for one extra hit of damage.
3. Speed Cola
4. Double Tap
5. Stamin-Up
6. Mule Kick 2.0 – Will remember what weapon is in your Mule Kick slot and return in on re-purchase
7. PhD Flopper – Immune to explosive damage, increase explosive damage, dive to prone from a height will cause an explosion.
8. Deadshot 2.0 – Decrease ADS spread, increase headshot and ADS headshot damage.
– Challenge –
On dog rounds there is a new challenge. If no one takes damage and no one misses a shot, then a free perk power up will drop. ( Traps work BTW ).
