The Tiny Master of Evil Veigar – Revamped – Minion Update

The Tiny Master of Evil is back and better than ever! Now boasting a complete revamp based on community feedback.
The Tiny Master of Evil is a character that starts out really weak, but rapidly grows stronger through the course of a game. This can be done by obtaining Phenomenal Evil Power, which you get by killing non-minion enemies with Finisher cards. Phenomenal Evil Power grants Ability Power. For each Ability Power you have, deal 1 extra damage on The Tiny Master Of Evil cards. The amount of Phenomenal Evil Power you need to gain additional Ability Power is dependent on the amount of Ability Power you have:
– From 0 AP: 1 PEP for 1 AP
– From 5 AP: 2 PEP for 1 AP
– From 10 AP: 4 PEP for 1 AP
– From 15 AP: 8 PEP for 1 AP
The Tiny Master of Evil excels in crowd control, with cards like Event Horizon, Playpens, Everfrost applying Weak or Vulnerable (or sometimes even Stun) to all enemies and Dark Matter dealing damage to all enemies.
The Tiny Master of Evil can also play more passively with the help of his caster, melee, cannon and super minions, building an army to destroy his enemies.
The Tiny Master of Evil also has many powerful League of Legends Item cards to help him achieve victory in combat.
The Tiny Master of Evil is also a Master of Darkness, using Darkness as a resource to damage or annihilate his enemies.
In total this mod contains 56 new cards, 2 new potions as well as 17 new relics, with possibly more to come in the future. And since the Evil Rising Update update now allowing you to even swap your starter relic for a unique challenge!
You can also change your skin for Veigar! This can be done in Mods->Veigar Mod->Config. Final Boss Veigar and Fright Nights Veigar have 109 and 82 unique lines respectively, which can trigger based on which cards you use. If you want to disable voice lines, this can also be done in Mods->Veigar Mod->Config.
As well as a secret easter egg with the Monster Tamer skin if you can find it… It would quite a Vania
