[REP+] Sands of Time: A v1.9.13 Backport

Sands of Time backports a number of major features from game version 1.9.13 to 1.9.12, and is intended to be used with the latest version of REPENTOGON (and its associated launcher). This mod is entirely standalone, and does not require the use of any other mods created by Black_L4mb, but will function with them.

All of the changes and additions detailed below have been documented on the official Absolution Wiki, which can be found here [tboiabsolution.wiki.gg]. Please note that not all tweaks have been included in the following synopsis.

• All item tweaks and buffs from 1.9.13 have been included!
• Nearly all trinket changes have been included, excluding those related to slot machines and item pools.
• A vast majority of GOLDEN trinket effects have been implemented, which were hand-crafted to match as closely to their original effects as possible. For a full list of these, please see the Absolution Wiki.

• Percs! now heals Isaac a number of Red Hearts equal to half of his total heart containers.
• Amnesia now unidentifies all previously-taken pills.
• I’m Drowsy now applies enemy slowdown for the remainder of the floor.
• I’m Excited!!! now applies enemy speed up for the remainder of the floor.
• ??? now applies an additional Curse on each use.
• Telepills now guarantees Isaac is teleported to a random Special room.

• Using the Hagalaz rune now destroys Stoneys, Grimaces, and Spike Blocks in the room.
• Golden Hearts now burst into 4-6 coins when picked up by The Lost; these flash and disappear after three seconds.
• Brother Bobby and Sister Maggy have been replaced with Dry Baby in the Devil Room pool.
• Items touch by Tainted Cain in the Ultra Secret Room are guaranteed to provide a Cracked Key.
• Tainted Bethany can now store and use Rotten Hearts.
• Healing with Coins as the Keeper or Tainted Keeper now counts toward Immaculate Conception.
