MilkyWay’s Inmate Smoker (Edit)
Changes the Smoker’s clothes to that of an inmate. MilkyWay’s original texture was a bit too yellow-ish for my taste, so I’ve decided to make it a bit more orange.
I wanted to make him look similar to IDLE: Phantom’s Inmate Hunter, and they, actually, look pretty good together. Really makes you wonder if they were cellmates back when they were human.
