Description:

Disclaimer: Mod is currently actively being developed, however mechanically this should already slot in with the rest of vanilla EU5.

This mod is a remake of my old Meiou and Taxes 2.0 submod, introducing playable crusader states in Egypt and the Levant as well as a small revamp of the arab world.

Current features:
– Crusader Kingdom of Egypt
– It’s vassals, Goshen and Faiyum
– The coptic Republic of Alexandria, a vassal of Venice
– Papal Legation of Damietta
– Custom flags for all new tags
– Formable coptic egypt

Planned features:
– A disjointed kingdom of Egypt, held together by prayers and venetian money
– Coptic seperatism and events and opportunities for Alexandria to become a monarchy or the patriarch of Alexandria
– Establishing historical crusader states in the levant after conquest (Tripoli, Antioch, Edessa)
– Formable Syria in three varieties, aramaic, greek and latin
– Flavour for the Ayyubids
– Rebuild the library and lighthouse of Alexandria
– Rebuild the house of wisdom in Baghdad

All credit for the map layout of the Kingdom of Egypt and it’s vassals goes to ‘Gouachevalier’ on DeviantArt.
