Description:

This is a series of scenarios based on an alternative war in the Baltic States (in my opinion) more realistic. This is my first scenario in Broken Arrow, so please don’t judge me harshly. 🙂 There may be some shortcomings and problems that you, my dear tester, will help me fix. So I wish you to enjoy the Broken Arrow campaign and gameplay. Good luck!

The events take place in the early 20s of the 21st century. NATO decides to demonstrate its combat potential and conducts military exercises in the Baltic States. In response, the Russian Federation is already conducting its own exercises on its own and on the territory of Belarus. During the exercise, a US Air Force plane mistakenly shoots down a Russian reconnaissance drone, which crashes somewhere on the border. This incident has led to a diplomatic conflict, and both sides are beginning to build up an army near the border. The United States is deploying troops by air and water.
In the early morning, a C-17 transport plane accompanied by two F-22s flying from the United States to Riga flies into the closed airspace of the Russian Federation, unaware of this. Russian Su-33s are being sent to intercept them. The American aviation did not respond to the landing requirements in any way (it probably considered them escorting aircraft), and it was shot down by Russian aircraft. An air battle ensues, in which nearby Russian air defense systems scared off the Americans. A Russian Navy group with special forces is immediately dispatched to the cargo to remove the cargo and rescue the injured. There was clearly something valuable on the plane, otherwise the parties would not have reacted to it that way, so the United States is deploying its forces to capture the cargo (I may do this mission in the future), but due to poor supplies and lack of reconnaissance, they are unable to return the cargo. Adviser Miller decides to conduct a covert operation involving US special forces in the port of Baltiysk, where the Russians left the cargo for a while. A young Commander and veteran of the Afghan war, General Bennett, is assigned to this task. You will have to make your way through the night Baltic Sea to the port in search of cargo, but in fact the mission is not as simple as it initially seemed.

P.S.: The script for detecting units is still WIP (work in progress) in game, so the exploration task may not work quite correctly, but it does not break the logic of the script.
