It’s fracktastically frackadelic. Hydraulic Fracturing technology is finally ready for use in your republic.

You may not like this, but I am going to add the tag $STYLE_FLAG modern_industry, which will cause this building to not be available until research that unlocks in 1958. While fracking has been around in some form before those years, it wasn’t very prevalent, and this building should reflect that.
If you want to change this, go to the steam workshop folder, then 784150 (W&R folder), and find folder 3574531902, then open the building.ini and delete the flag.

Pass-through oil technology means fewer pumping stations, see pictures for example setup: Generally alternate well-pump-well-pump as you develop an oil field. (two wells in a row will not work, due to inability to pump).
Remember that oil pipe connections can go from above to below ground if height is set to 0.
Stats
Production: 12 oil (at 100%, close to double the vanilla oil well)
Consumption 32 water (it’s kind of a lot, but almost no quality required)
Consumption electricity max at circuit breaker: .35mw (around double of vanilla oil well)
Someday I hope to have the modeling skills to make a real fracking tower setup, but for now, this will have to do. Enjoy it and let me know if there are issues.
