Slower Colonisation
It reduces colonisation speed for everybody, by decreasing the base value from 50 to 10. This is done by adding a "colonial_migration_size = -0.04" modifier to mapmaking in the Age of Traditions. I wont update this mod if it ever requires it, it is intended as an information for everybody else that wants to achieve this.
