[Combine Soldiers] PMC REDUX NPCs and Playermodels

As of 6/8/2019, all support for this addon has been dropped. No more updates will be released.
UPDATE 1 2/24/2019 : Now they have their own spawn menu and spawn icons.
UPDATE 2 2/24/2019 : Changed the name of the spawn title.
UPDATE 3 2/24/2019 : Changed the name of PMC Barney to PMC Barney Calhoun, changed PMC Barney Calhoun’s thumbnail.
UPDATE 4 2/26/2019 : Made the PMC NPCs stronger and more efficient than the normal Combine Soldiers.
UPDATE 4 2/27/2019 : The long awaited playermodels have been added.
UPDATE 5 2/27/2019 : Added Combine c_arms to the playermodels.

Zombine / c_arms may be added if I get around to doing them, or somebody will do them for me. If so, you will be credited in the description and made one of the authors of the addon.
