Restore Noble Marriage
This mod restores the noble marriage mechanics from before patch 1.0.10.
It allows players to manually arrange noble marriages for courtiers and noble characters again, so you can keep playing matchmaker and stop your favorite noble families from dying out because nobody remembered to get married.
I added an option to marry low-born, because love knows no boundaries, but with increased penalties for such marriages for rulers (-20 legitimacy and -20 prestige) and nobles (-10 legitimacy and -10 prestige) whose religion does not allow polygamy – default for Europe. Characters whose religion permits polygamy (e.g. Muslims) will receive -5 legitimacy and -5 prestige penalties.
Added option of noble marriages for all republics but with a penalty of -10 legitimacy due to lack of the noble marriage rights privilege.
