Quick Update to 1.13 for armies. Dont had time to look into the new ship upgrades, seems that there is nothing i can do. Will take a look when i have more time (when somebody has a good idea feel free to make a new mod.)

I have created an updated mod that allows you to upgrade all navy and army units.
