Radiator shorter line (120 -> 10) for max efficiency
This mod shortens the exhaust line for radiator required for 100% efficiency
Change is from outrageous 120 tiles to just 10.
May not sound like much for smaller ships, but for larger ones it allows for creation of internal vents.

Simple patching operation that affects exactly one value in radiator.rules, so should be compatible with other mods.
