By 2030, with various infrastructures destroyed in the former Super Union Territory and resources nearly depleted, the two sides of the civil war were forced to sign a series of ceasefire and cooperation agreements. Reconstruction efforts proceeded in an orderly manner. By 2035, the Democratic Alliance and the Federal Republic had effectively restored the political and economic systems of the former Super Union. During the reconstruction, as airports and railways across regions had suffered varying degrees of damage, both sides collaborated early on to develop a highly efficient vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. This aircraft featured low takeoff requirements, high payload capacity, and the ability to carry a large number of passengers. Additionally, to address frequent veteran rebellions in various regions, federal engineers equipped the aircraft with two basic weapons: missile launchers and an automatic cannon. The joint development of the vertical takeoff and landing aircraft marked the formal end of the civil war and the beginning of a new era for the Union.
