Slower Colonization
The goal of this mod is to make exploring and colonization more costly and slower.
This mod makes the starting base speed of exploring 70% slower, the base cost of exploring 6 times more expensive, and the base for each successive charter colony now cost 3.5 times more.
This mod will affect the AI and human player and should be compatible with any mod that does not change the country file in auto_modifiers.
This mod is not compatible with achievements.
