Location Transfer Tool

The mod now requires the Community Mod Framework. And you turn on "Enable Unrestricted Tools" in the mod menu (see the first two screenshots on how).

A utility that includes various diplomatic actions for transferring locations between countries. Inspired by the HOI4 State Transfer Tool mod.

1. Give Land: either from yourself or other nations, depending on the transfer mode.
2. Take Land: either from the selected country, or any nation, depending on the transfer mode.
3. Transfer Land: give the selected nation land, from a selected other nation. Disabled when the transfer mode isn’t set to ‘Country’.
4. Land Size Selection: You can choose between location, province, area, and region.
5. Transfer Modes:
   
   1. Between Countries: transfer land between two nations.
   2. Neighboring: allows selecting any neighboring land, regardless of country.
   3. Subcontinent: allows selecting any land within the same subcontinent, regardless of country.
   4. Continent: allows selecting any land within the same continent, regardless of country.
   5. World: allows selecting any land in the world, regardless of country. Note that using this combined with location/province transfer will be very laggy, which is why there are various levels of restricted selection.
6. Move Capital: to any owned location.
7. Multiplayer Specific Mode:
   
   1. Only enable unrestricted land transfer for the host
   2. Players will be able to give/request land from each other
   3. Block land transfers between players that are not in the same war
