Peacetime Overflights
Description: Modifies the spy plane so that it can cross borders in peacetime to spy on your adversaries.
Planned Features:
– implement prisoner exchange functionality to negotiate for the return of Gary Powers ;p
Note: You still won’t be able to instruct the spy planes to fly to locations inside peaceful countries. You’ll have to instruct it to move to neutral territory like an ocean, BUT if you’ve got skill, you can always find clickable neutral ground right in between faction borders.
