降伏战争/Living_Legend_Conquest_War
新增了一个宣战理由，“传奇征服战争”。用于替代解锁降伏战争的一生只能使用一次的限制，并适当适当放宽了使用条件：当你的威望等级达到在世传奇时可以消耗2000威望对任意临近统治者使用，夺取他的最高头衔，让他成为你的封臣。（当宗族威望等级为永世传奇时同样解锁此宣战理由，但消耗威望为4000点；威望等级与宗族威望等级双传奇时消耗威望为0）（没有限制ai使用）
Additionally, a new Casus Belli called “Legendary Conquest War” has been added to replace the lifetime-limited Subjugation War.
This new war can be used under more flexible conditions: once your prestige level reaches Legendary in Life (Prestige Tier 5), you may spend 2000 prestige to declare it against any neighboring ruler to seize their highest title and make them your vassal.
If your dynasty prestige level is Legendary in Eternity (Dynasty Prestige Tier 5), you also unlock this Casus Belli, but the cost is 4000 prestige;
if you meet both conditions (prestige and dynasty prestige at Legendary), the prestige cost becomes 0.
There is no restriction on AI usage—the AI can use this new Casus Belli freely.
