Smarter Recruitment • Stronger Armies • More Thematic AI

A mod that overhauls AI recruitment and army composition in Total War: WARHAMMER III.
Most factions now build stronger, more thematic, and far more logical armies — with less low-tier spam and much better role balance.

🎯 Goal: smarter, deadlier, and more coherent AI armies throughout the entire campaign.

⭐ Key Improvements

1️⃣ 🛡️ Less trash, more quality
The AI stops spamming low-tier units and prioritizes proper frontline, elites, and support roles.

2️⃣ ⚔️ Smarter compositions
Armies follow faction identity — no more random mixes or nonsense stacks.

3️⃣ 🧠 Better role logic
Improved evaluation of unit roles: frontline, cavalry, artillery, monsters, and heroes.

4️⃣ 📈 Improved tier progression
The AI unlocks and fields higher-tier units earlier and more consistently.

5️⃣ 🔥 Chaos Dwarfs improved
No more orc labourer doomstacks — smarter use of K’daai, artillery, and Infernal elites.

6️⃣ ⚒️ Dwarfs adjusted
Less early doomstacking; recruitment better matches economy and tech progression.

🏹 Factions Already Showing Major Improvements

✅ Vampire Counts / Vampire Coast
• Reduced zombie/skeleton spam
• Increased use of elite infantry, monsters, and lord-based synergies

✅ Bretonnia
• Armies resemble true knightly hosts rather than peasant swarms
• Smarter and more impactful cavalry usage

✅ Tomb Kings
• More constructs, chariots, and elite units
• Fewer empty slots and far less chaff spam

✅ Warriors of Chaos / Daemons of Chaos
• Strong, thematic, lore-consistent stacks
• Far less random unit mixing

✅ Dwarfs
• More grounded early game (fewer early doomstacks)
• Recruitment better aligned with economy and tech progression

✅ Chaos Dwarfs
• Smarter use of K’daai, artillery, and elite Infernal units
• Fewer stacks filled with orc labourers

✅ Beastmen
• More aggressive, beast-focused armies
• Better use of Minotaurs, Bestigors, and monsters

✅ Empire
• Classic Imperial structure: frontline + handgunners + artillery + cavalry
• More logical mid- and late-game compositions

❌ Why This Mod Exists

Vanilla AI often:
✖ spams low-tier units
✖ fields incoherent, unfocused armies
✖ recruits units that don’t fit faction identity
✖ brings weak stacks into the late game

Better AI Army Builder fixes this by restructuring how the AI evaluates, selects, and combines units.
