– Blood Volume Tracking – Your character has 5000mL of blood. Lose too much and face the consequences.
– Blood Types – Each character is assigned a realistic blood type (O, A, B, AB with +/- Rh factor) based on real-world population distribution.
– Blood Loss Stages:
– 85-100%: Healthy
– 80-85%: Mild fatigue, reduced endurance
– 70-80%: Moderate fatigue, dizziness, slowed movement
– <70%: Critical – blackouts, near-death
– Blackout System – Critically low blood causes your character to pass out for 1 hour. 24-hour cooldown between blackouts. Adrenaline (panic/stress) can delay blackouts.

– 8 Blood Bag Types – Find blood bags in hospitals, clinics, ambulances, and military medical supplies.
– Blood Type Compatibility – Full โ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅ/Rh compatibility system. Using incompatible blood causes severe transfusion reactions (damage, nausea, fever, panic, pain).
– Saline IV Bags – Universal fluid replacement that works for anyone. Restores volume but not oxygen-carrying capacity.
– Hemodilution Danger – Too much saline (>60% of blood volume) causes fatal oxygen deprivation. Use blood bags when possible!
– Loot Rarity – Common blood types (O+, A+) spawn more frequently. Rare types (AB-) are harder to find.
– Progress Bars & Tooltips – All transfusions show administration time and detailed compatibility information.
