Description:

This mod repairs decision Restore Ecumenical Patriarchate.

In original game when AI Byzantion Emperor Establish Iconoclast Patriarchate, ecumenical doctrine is removed from Orthodoxy and passed to Inonoclast.

Then decision Restore Ecumenical Patriarchate to Ortodox is posible only if Ortodox doesent have head of faith.
But in most cases some AI ruler choses faith option Recreate Head of Faith Title, and then this decision is out of reach for good and Catolics keeps waging holy wars vs Orthodox.

This mod fixes this and enables decision Restore Ecumenical Patriarchate eaven if there is head of faith.
