Meanwhile, Liu Xiu, a noble from Han Royal Family said to pacify China in prophecy, was struggling for his own survival in the North of Yellow River. Once coming to Hebei as a newly appointed military governor, he realized a large scale rebellion was about to break out. Currently most cities in Hebei was under the control of rebellion leaders Wang Lang and Liu Lin, who were purchasing his head with a reward of marquis. Would he be able to win the favor of heaven and restore the glory of Han Dynasty, or be buried in the dust of history?
