Description:

Dear friends, hello. On the eve of the New Year, I decided to share what I consider to be one of the best mods in my collection to date. It’s a remaster of the 121st project series of the Chelyabinsk modification. This series was one of the most popular in the Soviet Union, and each city had its own unique modifications. But the point is, this series was the very first one I created and published. After a few months, the original mod became noticeably outdated, and I decided it made sense to remake it right away in a new, improved modification.
All houses are collision-free; to install an arch on a road, it’s best to build the road first so that the access road works.

I decided that redoing the first mod wasn’t cost-effective, so I’m releasing a new one with more changes. What’s changed:
– Optimization has been greatly improved: models have been made lighter, LODs have been added;
– Textures and lighting correction have been improved;
– Number of floors has been increased to 10;
– Housing quality has been improved to 87%, and there are more residents;
– 2 skins have been added;
– An arched section and a 15-degree rotating section have been added.

The mod includes 9 buildings:

• 121-1P, number of residents – 75, housing quality – 87%;
  
• 121-2P, number of residents – 150, quality of life – 87%;
  
• 121-4P, number of residents – 300, quality of life – 87%;
  
• 121-1U, number of residents – 90, quality of life – 87%;
  
• 121-Arka, number of residents – 146, quality of life – 87%;
  
• 121-TL, number of residents – 65, quality of life – 87%;
  
• 121-TR, number of residents – 65, quality of life – 87%;
  
• 121-15U – insertion monument.
