Residental buildings from 50’s (Norilsk)

Dear friends, hello! Today I’d like to show you a set of Stalin-era sections that can be used to build a large number of variations of Stalin-era buildings in a unified style. This set is based on a real building located at 16 Leninsky Prospekt in Norilsk. This building is typical of the late Stalin era, built in the neoclassical (Stalinist Empire) style. The building’s color has been changed to a more sober tone to blend in with the standard in-game buildings.
All buildings in the mod are detached entrances and sections. Therefore, none of these sections can be used independently! Any existing section must be complemented with an entrance of a different type. It is recommended to try out all possible building options in the game’s Creative mode first!
With this specification, you can easily build courtyards and dense neighborhoods, as well as construct any house shape.
All short sections (3 windows each) are monuments.
The mod includes 6 buildings:
- Norilsk_stalinka_torec, number of residents – 88, housing quality – 89%;
- Norilsk_stalinka_torec2, number of residents – 75, housing quality – 89%;
- Norilsk_stalinka2, number of residents – 78, housing quality – 89%;
- Norilsk_stalinka_tower, number of residents – 62, housing quality – 89%;
- Norilsk_stalinka_arch – monument insert;
- Norilsk_stalinka1 – monument insert.
