Residental buildings from 50’s (Vitebsk)
Dear friends, hello! Today I want to show you a set of Stalinist sections, with which you can build a large number of variations of Stalinist houses in a single style. The set was based on a real house at 24 Komsomolskaya Street, Vitebsk. This house is typical of the late Stalinist era in the Neoclassical (Stalinist Empire) style.
All buildings in fashion are freestanding entrances and sections. Therefore, none of these sections can be used independently! It is necessary to substitute another type of entrance to any installed section. It is recommended to try out all possible construction options in the creative game mode first!
Thanks to this specification, you can easily build well yards and dense neighborhoods, as well as build any form of house.
The mod includes 6 buildings:
- Stalinka_5st, number of residents – 35, quality of housing – 87%;
- Stalinka_5st_U, number of residents – 42, quality of housing – 87%;
- Stalinka_5st_T, number of residents – 30, quality of housing – 87%;
- Stalinka_4st, number of residents – 28, quality of housing – 87%;
- Stalinka_4st_U, number of residents – 36, quality of housing – 87%;
- Stalinka_4st_T, the number of residents is 24, the quality of housing is 87%.
