LotR: RiE Numenor Wilderness SubSubmod
This mod is a submod for LOTR:RIE and its Numenor Submod which changes Numenor from an inhabited land into one devoid of any inhabitants. This then allows the player to colonize Numenor for themselves as any character! I made this mod because I’ve been seeing alot of people wanting a submod like this to be made, so I decided to finally make one, as the masses have demanded.
How do you colonize Numenor?
You have to either use the settler system as an adventurer and travel to Numenor, or you have to reach the Meneltarma, in which case you will get an option to colonize a county on the Island.
This mod also includes new levels and flavor for the special buildings in Numenor. Additionally, also unlocks all special buildings on Numenor to be used by anyone regardless of culture!
