Description:

Adds Human Point Defense in Green and UV, as well as Alien Violet Point Defense Lasers.
Also changes the IR point defense icons to be consistent with the other colors.

Now includes the changes from the True PD Ranges mod, making all point defense lasers engage at the actual tooltip range. Using that mod along with this one is redundant.
