This mod adds 0.05% monthly literacy into the Printing Press advancement!

The idea was originally devised to help with the current (as of 1.0.10) bug that causes converted/assimilated/promoted pops to have 0% literacy and thus cause your pops to take potentially hundreds of years to get up to speed.

I also just wanted more monthly literacy lol
