Much cheaper colonisation
Like the title says, reduces the colonisation costs to trivial amounts. 400 and 200.
Feel free to tweak the costs to your liking.
Works with faction unlocker and all factions.
Note: There is a mod doing the same thing, in a different way.
That mod does it via leaderfaction traits.
This mod does it directly at the cost edits.
The other mod only affects vanilla playable factions.
This mod affects -every- faction and is fully compatible with the faction unlocker.
