Overall Changes
- Infrastructure from railway and port is now fixed and not based on worker occupation so you no longer need to subsidize it except to prevent downsizing,
keeping it nationally owned is a valid strat now, AI lower priority on subsidize - Increase the effect of labor saving pm for industry (mostly rotary and assembly lines) and agricultures (all except tools)
- Increase construction cost for steelframe (8.1k for 10 so 0.81k for 1 cp), arc welding (9800 for 15 cp so 0.653k for 1 cp)
- Set workers need to 5k for constructions sector and labor saving pm to get back to 1K
- Make assimilation 2.5 times faster and add a higher minimum ceiling to have small pop group disappear
- Make culture spawn of your primaries more likely and using greener grass and promote national values together almost garantee a spawn of your primaries pop
- Rebalance war events, flying heroes event cooldown is 6 months but give only 10% offense once on a general, zeppelin war give 10% and 50% occupation,
flamethrower event cooldown is now 5 year (same as the bonus you choose), gas warcrime event is now 10 years (same as the worst bonus possible from event) - Balance free movement need so car don’t get a priority over basic transportation same with communication and telephones
- Abdication no longer activate a law but start enact it with bonus instead
- Rework naval units, slow upgrade, cruiser are now support, submarine are light and need 100% for wolfpack tactic
- Reduce throughput and construction bonus of company based on prestige rank
- Reduce unspent innovation ratio for tech spread to 2.5%

- Remove colonization at game start and allow it with malaria prevention
- Add positive and negative effect based on infamy level related to trade avantage and influence
- Make supremacist movement oppose multiculturalism

Power bloc change
- Powerbloc now have minimal base value of 5 and up to 10 to help small powerbloc but still get affect by cohesion
- Powerbloc no longer benefit from multiple GP for mandate generation and cohesion, it’s the opposite
- Powerbloc rank requirement for principles is lower(-1 rank), lvl 6 for 3rd slot, lvl 4 for 4th slot
- Change powerbloc principles to get increasing linear bonus effect
- Construction principle now only give 5% to member and 5% to leader at max level instead
- Internal trade principle no longer steal convoy from member but give less port connection cost instead and mapi at max level
