Jukebox : Your own songs
With this mod, you’ll be able to play the tracks you want in Brotato. They’ll be added to the shuffle, and be played like the vanilla songs. Disable the vanilla tracks to play only your owns songs, import a pack and enable or disable which one you want to play at will, and press the play button from the jukebox to immediately play one of your tracks !
When you first install the mod and start the game, the mod will create a folder called custom_tracks and a file called jukebox.json. You just have to add your tracks to the custom_tracks folder and they will be read in game.
The folder is located here : %appdata%/Brotato/custom_tracks (sorry Linux/Mac user idk where it will be)
Your songs can be either .mp3, .ogg or .wav, but I highly recommend .mp3 because it’s the most reliable and really don’t recommend .wav because bitrates can vary, your track could be badly read.
In the main menu of Brotato, you have a new menu called Jukebox, here you will be able to see all the customs tracks loaded. If you add tracks while the game is already started you can press the Refresh button to load them. If you don’t see your track, sorry the game has failed loading it. In the jukebox menu you can enable or disable the track in the shuffle list. It won’t be played at all if you disable it. You can also press the Play button in the menu to immediately start the track.
