Feil’s Nanbokuchō Jidai Fix
"Countries with a ruler who is part of the Yamato dynasty and not under regency can get an event where they rally behind a new line and gain the Japanese Imperial Family government reform and become a Tennō in the Japanese Shogunate." This did not work. I fixed it.
