Description:

Adds an option to have a fully maxed out councillor with all missions unlocked from the campaign settings BEFORE you start. Sadly i couldn’t find another way to not give the AI the cheat councillors too. The way you get it is through the proffessions dropdown in the campaign customization screen and select ‘Cheat’. (Updated to 0.4.78 also fixed a crash bug)
