Compatibility patch for Improved Company List mod to work with Tech&Res Mod

Plugin for Improved Company List to make the mod support the added industries from the Tech & Res Mod.

Please load this mod after the main Improved Company List mod.
Otherwise, only the vanilla buildings will show in the filter.
If using both Morgenroete and Tech&Res, I would recommend using this one instead of the Morgenroete plugin.
