Description
Make the character notifications more detailed by adding:
- Interest group
- Ideology
- Traits
This is applied to notifications for:
- Agitator exiled
- New agitator spawned
- New heir
- New ruler
Makes it easier to get characters for politics or to be used as commanders.

Should be compatible with most mods

Supports the officially supported languages for Victoria 3
